Have you ever heard of Expiration Dating?

I was watching Sex and the City and they mentioned this and I thought it was the most hilarious but truest thing I have ever heard. Expiration Dating is when you date someone you just met that you know has no shelf life. Like say you are at a wedding and you met someone there, but they will only be in town for a week. You date them nowing it won't go anywhere?

I would presume this is the equivalent to a One Night Stand in the sense that is  the one week or one day or one whatever they are in town. Or this could also be someone who you know travels quite often and is gone so much that expiration dating in this sense means it expires but on a regular basis thus leaving you to be able to do whatever you like while they are away. This of course would have to be understood by both parites that this is the case or this type of Expiration Dating could could you EXPIRED!

I found it so intriging of the thought of it, I immediately wrote it down and decided to write this little piece of it. If you have any thoughts or comments go to the forum and tell me what you think on this or any topic.
